I have been lucky enough to work in the industry for 20 years throughout that time I have learnt the importance of empathy and good communication!. The main thing i love about being a support worker is that i get to help people have fun! I have experience supporting individuals living with a wide range of conditions and enjoy being able to work with all ages.I am an astute observer and I love learning new ways to help people achieve their goals!
