My name is Robyn Fitch. I am an experienced and qualified disability support worker with a caring and patient personality. I am reliable, well organised, punctual person who enjoys providing support and assistance to individuals and their families.

I enjoy being in the company of people and have a good sense of humour. I support individuals to live as independently as possible and support them to participate in their community. I can communicate with people from all walks of life.

The well-being of those I work with is very important to me. Besides being a companion, I can meet personal care requirements, administer medication as and when required and have experience with various equipment including electric and manual wheelchairs, hoists and slings and standing mechanical aids.

I have Cert IV in Disability Support, CRP/First Aid, Working with Children, National Police Clearance and a full driver’s licence.
