I am a bubbly and sociable 22-year-old with a years’ experience in Disability. I am passionate about helping people to achieve the best outcomes by empowering them to take control of their situations. Through my 8 years in customer service roles I have learnt to be person centered and adaptable . my biggest joy from working in the disability industry is making someone’s day a little better as I have genuine empathy and compassion for those who are faced with challenges in their lives . although I haven’t been in the disability sector for very long I have been lucky enough to work with individuals who are living with a range of conditions such as strokes, Aspergers , autism and anger management , I am very keen to expand my knowledge and gain experience with different facets of disability
